I saw this image on my Facebook feed this morning and it really resonated with me.
This is how I feel most days - and I see my friends with young families performing the same feat on a daily basis. How any of us are sane is truly amazing!
Sometimes it feels that we are all so busy so much of the time that we really find it hard to take some time out to stop and breath.
I think that is why I love photographs so much - because they freeze the moment. Everything just stops. A moment is captured. The spinning plates are still. And we can pause and rest.
And then we can enjoy that moment again forever!
That is why I urge all busy mums to take some time to get in the photo. Whether you book a professional photographer or whether you pass your camera to someone else - GET IN THE PHOTO. You deserve to pause, you deserve to stop. You deserve to have your moment!
